Tsubame by Noro
Calmness
Faux cables are separated by eyelets; twisted ribs make for tidy edges.
The long, slouchy shaping is punctuated by openings at the hem.

Bostwick
by Jennifer Weissman
Bostwick is a modern take on the poncho, an easy extra layer in a chilly room or when the seasons are changing. This stylish shoulder warmer features eye-catching cables, a bit of lace, and simple lines to complement your wardrobe.
Knitted in Sueno DK, Bostwick is really just a simple rectangle with a panel of cables and lace along one edge. Perfect for an advanced beginner. When the knitting is done, fold the rectangle in half and seam part of one edge; the stockinette stitch around the neck opening will roll inward softly. The cables are easy to memorize and make it hard to put down your knitting.
Jennifer graciously offered to loan us her sample. Please stop by to see this amazing poncho in person!
