Come Alongshore With Us!
Our very own Sarah Kelliher has just published one of her patterns, the Alongshore Cardigan (pictured above) in Knitscene's Fall 2019 Issue! This sturdy and drapey layering piece will take you through the fall and winter in warm and snuggly style. The Alongshore Cardigan is worked up in Blue Sky Fibers' Woolstok, a soft and durable workhorse made of 100% Peruvian Highland wool. Woolstok comes in plethora of gorgeous colors (some pictured below). The Alongshore Cardigan requires 2960 - 3700 yards of Woolstok.
Be sure to stop by Wool & Grace over the long weekend to see the gorgeous sample of the Alongshore Cardigan, or click here to buy a bounty of Woolstok for this wonderful sweater!
Sophisticated Hues for Spud & Chloe Sweater
Baby trends have been shifting and new parents are asking for colors in cool neutrals and every shade of grey, so it's no surprise that Blue Sky Fibers has rounded out its palette of Spud & Chloe Sweater with 7 new sophisticated hues to meet this demand. Colors like Powder Puff and Seahorse whisper pink and blue, while grey-ish colors like Olive You, Otter Pup, and Grape Stomp give that ever-popular grey a ton of dimension. We've always loved Spud & Chloe Sweater for baby and kids' knitting - it's super soft and easy to care for! But these new colors make it that much more desirable to knit some grown-up goodies with this workhorse yarn!
Making Plans from Fifty Four Ten Studios and the Puddle Jumper Poncho (both pictured below) are some favorite baby and kiddo knits for Spud & Chloe Sweater! Click here for a quick blog post on some of our favorite Spud & Chloe Sweater projects for wee ones.
Each skein of Spud & Chloe Sweater is 160 yards of hard-working and super soft yarn. It's a blend of 55% superwash wool and 45% cotton and comes in a ton of colors ranging from sophisticated hues to happy brights. Each skein is $17.95. Click here to learn more and buy online!
