Eco Cashmere Is Here!
We loved the Eco Cashmere from Blue Sky Fibers' Skyline Slouch Kits so much that we decided to bring in this beautiful yarn! This unique cashmere is a DK-weight yarn, but work up beautifully on a wide range of needle sizes and at a variety of gauges. Each skein is 100% cashmere made in Italy using a blend of recycled and virgin cashmere. Eco Cashmere is sustainably crafted, luxurious and light-weight.
Use Eco Cashmere to knit up something the Roscoe Scarf or the Princeton Capelet (pictured above). Each skein is 164 yards and $33. Click here to learn more or buy online!
In addition, we've restocked the extremely popular Nevis Cowl and Blue Earth Cowl kits from Blue Sky Fibers. We can't keep these fabulous kits on our shelves, and we are delighted to have more to offer! The Nevis Cowl Kit includes 3 skeins of Techno and a pattern. It is $80. The Blue Earth Cowl Kit includes 4 skeins of the limited edition American Scenic yarn and a pattern. It is $145.
Meet Bud!
Bud is a brand new yarn at Wool & Grace. It is a bulky-weight, 100% organic Peruvian cotton from Juniper Moon Farms. We can see it becoming everything from blankets to wraps to sweaters, for babies, kids and adults! We are envisioning a wonderful all-seasons sweater like Chaido (pictured below) that uses 5 - 8 skeins of Bud.

Knitting for Your Mental Health
We hear it so often that it's hard not to talk about it! Over and over, we hear our community of knitters discuss how knitting keeps them sane, keeps them calm or is a quiet place to retreat. Knitting is good for us in so many ways, but it has the potential to be really great for our mental well being.
This week's blog discusses how knitting can give us a boost, either as a mindful, meditative activity or as a way to practice your problem solving skills. Plus, there are project ideas to suit your knitting-for-mental-health needs! Click here to read more and get a jump on your own knitting self-care.
